Complete onboarding

The onboarding process has three steps.

Step 1: Add a pick-up location

A pick-up location is the address from which your parcels are sent or collected. It becomes the From address shown on your shipping labels.

  1. Select Add.
  2. Enter a name for the location, such as Main Warehouse, Office, or Home.
  3. Enter the contact name and address.
  4. Save the location.
  5. Select Next.

You must add at least one pick-up location before you can begin shipping.

You can add or update locations later under Settings > Locations.

Step 2: Connect a sales channel

Connect a store or marketplace to import orders into Shipperfy automatically.

Examples may include:

  • Shopify
  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Other supported marketplaces

To connect a sales channel:

  1. Select Add.
  2. Choose the platform.
  3. Follow the authorisation instructions.
  4. Return to Shipperfy after the connection is complete.

Connecting a sales channel is optional. Select Next to continue without one if you plan to create orders manually or use Quick Quote.

You can manage sales channels later under Integrations > Selling Channels.

Step 3: Link a courier account

Connect an existing courier account if your business already has negotiated rates with a supported carrier.

  1. Select Add.
  2. Choose the courier.
  3. Enter the requested account information or complete the authorisation process.
  4. Return to Shipperfy after the connection is complete. A personal courier account is optional. You can skip this step and use Shipperfy's pre-negotiated carrier rates.

You can manage courier accounts later under Integrations > Shipping Couriers.

When onboarding is complete, select Let's start shipping!
