Manage customers

Open Customers to view customer records and order history.

The customer list may include:

• First name
• Last name
• Marketplace username
• Email address
• Connected marketplace

Select Create Customer to add a customer manually.

Open an existing manual customer record to update its details. Order history is populated from orders associated with that customer.

Customer information imported from a marketplace may also be controlled by the connected sales channel.
