Create a manual order

Use a manual order when an order was received outside a connected sales channel.

1. Open Sending or Orders.
2. Select Manual order.
3. Select an existing customer or enter a new recipient.
4. Add the order items.
5. Enter the SKU, product name, quantity, and price as required.
6. Save the order.
7. Select the new order from the order list.

Products do not need to be created in advance. You can add a new line item while creating the order.

When you enter a new recipient, Shipperfy can create a manual customer record for future use.

Understand the Sending or Orders page

The first navigation item may appear as Sending or Orders.

• Sending is commonly shown when you are using manual orders and quotes.
• Orders may be shown after you connect a sales channel.

Both lead to the area where you prepare orders, enter parcel details, compare rates, and purchase labels.

There are three common ways to begin:

1. Quick Quote — compare shipping rates without creating a complete order first.
2. Manual Order — create and save an order yourself.
3. Imported Order — select an order received from a connected store or marketplace.
