Send and track the parcel

Follow the collection or drop-off instructions supplied for the selected courier service.

To check the shipment after purchasing the label:

  1. Open Shipments from the left navigation.
  2. Find the shipment in the list.
  3. Select the shipment to view its details.
  4. Open Shipment Menu.
  5. Select Tracking to open the courier's tracking information.

The Shipments page can show information such as:

  • Shipped date
  • Order number
  • Courier
  • Shipping service
  • Cost
  • Tracking information
  • Shipment status

Available shipment actions may include:

  • Tracking
  • Re-Print label
  • Update Shipment
  • Cancel Shipment

The available actions depend on the shipment and courier.

Cancelling a shipment

Eligible unused shipments can be cancelled from Shipment Menu > Cancel Shipment.

Eligible cancelled shipments are refunded. Refund timing and cancellation rules can vary by courier. Contact Shipperfy support if you need help confirming a cancellation or refund.
