After selecting a manual or imported order, use the order panel to prepare the shipment.
Under Send From, select the pick-up location that should appear as the sender on the label.
Under Send To, confirm the recipient's:
Select Edit if any information needs to be corrected.
Select Validate when available to check how closely the address matches the courier's address records.
Address validation is recommended, but you can still request rates when the required destination and parcel information is present.
Review any warnings before purchasing a label. An incomplete or incorrect address may cause delays, additional charges, or a returned parcel.

Accurate measurements are important because couriers may recalculate the cost if the parcel is larger or heavier than declared.
Select Packages to use dimensions from a reusable custom package.
You can create package presets under Settings > Custom Packages. This is useful when you regularly use the same satchels, boxes, or mailers.
