Open Billing to manage payment details and review charges.

Payment & Plan#

• Add or update a card and your billing address.
• View, change or cancel your plan. See Plans.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Shipperfy does not hold or store your card details. If you came from Shopify, your payment method is managed on your Shopify account.

Pending Charges#

Shipping charges that have not been processed yet. Payments are processed weekly, and the items listed are charged to your default payment method on the next scheduled invoice date.

Invoices#

Subscription invoices and the weekly shipping carrier charges, with invoice date, status, description, billing reason and total. Use this page to get your receipts.

Add a payment method#

Use Add another card or Save Card. A payment method and billing details are needed to subscribe to a plan or to buy labels at Shipperfy carrier rates.
