Customers

Open Customers to see customer records and order history. The list can show first name, last name, marketplace username, email and the connected marketplace.

• Select Create Customer to add one manually. When you enter a new recipient on a manual order, Shipperfy can create the customer for you.
• Open a manual customer to update their contact details, shipping address and phone number. The Order History tab lists orders linked to that customer.
• Customer details imported from a marketplace may be controlled by that sales channel.

On an order, a note tells you whether it is a customer's first order or a returning customer, and how many orders they have placed.
