Custom packages

Save the satchels, boxes and mailers you use often.

Open Settings > Custom Packages and select Add custom package. Each package holds:

  • Package name
  • Package type: Satchel, Box, Bag or Envelope
  • Length, width and height (cm)
  • Weight (g)

Saved packages appear under My Custom Sizes, alongside Standard Sizes. When preparing a shipment, select Packages to fill in the parcel details from a preset. Presets save typing and keep measurements consistent.
