Users & invites

Invite your team and manage who has access.

Open Settings > Users to manage who can use your account.

Invite a user#

Select Invite User.
Enter the user's name and email address, and an optional message.
Select the access group.
Select Send Invite. Shipperfy emails the activation steps.

Access groups are admins and members.

Only invite people who should see your orders, customers, shipments, integrations and billing information.

Manage invites and users#

Pending User Invites lists invites that have not been accepted.
Re-Send Invite sends the email again, and Cancel Invite withdraws it.
Remove a user's access from the current users list. You are asked to confirm.

If an invite has already been accepted or rejected it cannot be used again.

The number of users depends on your plan. See Plans.

Multiple accounts#

Under Accounts you can switch between accounts, or Create New Account by entering a name. After creating one you can switch to it straight away.
