Labels

Buy, print, download and reprint shipping labels.

Before you buy a label#

Check that:

  • The correct pick-up location is selected.
  • The recipient's address is complete.
  • Dimensions, weight and package type are accurate.
  • Standard or Express is what you intended.
  • The courier and service meet your delivery needs, and you have reviewed the price.
  • A valid payment method is on file.
  • International customs details are complete, if applicable.

Buy and print a label#

  1. Review the courier, service, price, sender, recipient and parcel details.
  2. Select Buy label.
  3. Add or confirm a payment method if prompted.
  4. Wait while Shipperfy creates the shipment and generates the label.
  5. Print or download the label.
  6. Attach the label securely to the parcel.

Buying a label creates the shipment and adds it to the Shipments page. Shipping charges appear under Billing > Pending Charges and are charged to your default payment method on the next weekly invoice date. See Billing and invoices.

Printing formats#

You can print or download a Shipping label, an Invoice and a Packing slip. Choose the label size that matches your printer (A4 or A6 thermal).

Reprint a label#

Open Shipments, select the shipment, open the Shipment Menu and select Re-Print label.

Update or cancel#

Use Update Shipment or Cancel Shipment from the same menu. See Tracking.

Plan limits#

If you use your own courier accounts, your plan sets a monthly shipment limit. When you reach it you will be asked to use Shipperfy carrier rates or upgrade. See Plans.
