Getting started

Create your account

Sign up, activate your email address and register.

  1. Go to app.shipperfy.com.
  2. Select Get Started.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Open the activation email Shipperfy sends you and follow the link.
  5. Complete the registration form.

Registration details#

Enter:

  • Your name
  • A password, and the password again to confirm it
  • Company name, if applicable
  • Phone number, if applicable
  • Country of operation

Your email address is tied to the activation request and cannot be changed on this screen.

The country you choose is your country of operation and is also used for billing.

When registration is complete, Shipperfy opens the onboarding page. Continue with Complete onboarding.

Signing up from Shopify#

If you install the Shipperfy app from your Shopify store, your Shopify store is added as a sales channel automatically. You can then add more sales channels, set up your carrier accounts and add at least one pick-up location.
