Get a Quick Quote#

Use Quick Quote to estimate shipping costs before you create a full order.

1. Open Sending or Orders.
2. Select Quick Quote.
3. Choose the Send From location.
4. Enter the destination suburb or postcode.
5. Enter the parcel details: length and width and height in centimetres, weight in grams, and package type.
6. Select Get Rates and review the services and prices.

A Quick Quote is only for comparing rates. Use a manual or imported order when you are ready to create the shipment and label.

Compare rates on an order#

After entering the shipment details on an order:

1. Select Get Rates.
2. Wait while the available services load.
3. Compare price, courier, service, estimated delivery and features.
4. Select the service you want.

Rates appear in separate groups:

• Shipperfy courier rates: pre-negotiated rates available through Shipperfy, with no carrier setup. See Shipperfy carrier rates.
• Your own courier accounts: rates from carrier accounts you have connected.

The Best option highlights the lowest-priced eligible rate for your parcel and service type. If Express is selected, eligible express services are compared instead of standard ones.

The cheapest option is not always the fastest. Check the service and estimated delivery information before you buy.

What the rate includes#

Depending on the service, a rate can show the base price, tax, surcharges, transit cover, duties for international shipments, estimated delivery dates, the pickup date and the first-mile option (pickup or drop-off), plus features such as tracking, signature on delivery and email or SMS tracking.
