Connect your own carrier account

If your business already has negotiated rates with a supported carrier, link that account to use those rates in Shipperfy.

Supported carriers: Australia Post, Aramex and Couriers Please.

Connect a carrier#

1. Open Integrations > Shipping Carriers (or Settings).
2. Select Add and choose the carrier.
3. Enter the requested account details, or complete the sign-in and approval steps.
4. Return to Shipperfy when the connection succeeds.

Manage a connection#

• Revalidate checks your account details still work.
• Reauthorise repeats the carrier's sign-in if authorisation has expired.
• Delete removes the connection. This cannot be undone.

Your own carrier accounts appear in rates under Your own courier accounts. Your plan limits how many shipments you can create each month with your own accounts. Shipments with Shipperfy carrier rates are not limited.
