Connect your Shopify store and send tracking back to Shopify.
Connect Shopify#
- Open Integrations > Selling Channels and select Add, then choose Shopify.
- Enter your Shopify store domain and a name for the store.
- Approve Shipperfy's access in Shopify.
If you install Shipperfy from the Shopify app listing, your store is connected for you during sign-up.
What happens#
- Unfulfilled orders import into Shipperfy, including delivery method and the aggregate fulfilment status.
- Your product listings are fetched so product weights and sizes are available.
- When you mark an order as shipped, the fulfilment and tracking are sent to Shopify.
- Your Shopify subscription payment method is managed in Shopify when you pay for a Shipperfy plan through Shopify.
If it stops working#
Open the integration and select Revalidate, or Reauthorise if access has expired. See Troubleshooting.
