Products & variants
Create products, add variants and set pricing and shipping details.
Open Inventory > Products to manage your products. The Inventory area also has a Summary view.
Sync listings#
If you have a connected sales channel, select Sync Listings to load your channel's active listings. This can take a while for large catalogues. Imported listings give Shipperfy product sizes and weights it can use when preparing shipments.
Create a product#
Enter:
- Product name and Description
- Parent SKU and Parent MPN
- Brand/Vendor
- Pack/Box quantity: the number of units of this product in a box, carton or pack
Products are saved as soon as you confirm. Deleting a product also deletes all its variants and their inventory, and this cannot be undone.
Variants#
Add variants for options such as size or colour: Add variations like size or color, then Add new value or Create custom option. A variant that was already added cannot be added twice.
Each variant has:

Product weight and dimensions help Shipperfy prefill parcel details when you prepare a shipment.
