Lite#

At the 120-shipments setting shown on the pricing page:

• $15 per month
• 1 user
• 3 sales channels
• Up to 120 shipments per month using your own linked carrier accounts
• Unlimited shipments using Shipperfy carrier rates
• 5% savings on Shipperfy carrier rates

Enterprise#

• High-volume pricing. Contact Shipperfy.
• Unlimited users and sales channels
• Unlimited shipments
• 15% savings on Shipperfy carrier rates
• Phone, live chat, email and community forum support

Free and Lite include email and community forum support.

Choose, change or cancel#

Open Billing > Payment & Plan to see your current plan with its limits for users, sales channels and shipments. From there you can Pick a plan, Change plan or Cancel subscription. If you are on a paid plan you must cancel it before switching to a different one. A payment method is needed to subscribe.

Subscriptions are paid a month in advance, so cancel before your renewal date.

When you reach a limit#

• Shipments: you have used your monthly allowance with your own carrier accounts. Use Shipperfy carrier rates, which are unlimited, or upgrade.
• Sales channels: upgrade to connect more.
• Users: upgrade to invite more people.
