Returns
Buy a return label for a shipment sent with Australia Post eParcel.
Return labels are available for shipments sent with Australia Post eParcel. They are not offered for other carriers.
- Open Shipments and select the shipment.
- Open the Shipment Menu and select Create Return.
- Check the addresses: Return From (the customer) and Return To (you).
- Choose a return option, then select Get Quote.
- Select Buy return label.
Return shipments are quoted and billed like any other shipment. They appear in Shipments, with a contents type of Return.
If you sent the parcel with another carrier, arrange the return with that carrier directly, or create a new shipment from the customer's address to yours.
